thank you Boomie for the kind comment and visit, very much appreciated for sure …. wishing you well ….:)
Solid advice in your words , Jimi. Your picture is a very good example of how we and nature can share our surroundings. The birds and the two persons lined up on the bridge looking out or down on the geese and the flow of the river. Love this one.
Ciao, Francina 🙂
thanks for the kind comment as always Francina, just getting outside away from all the technological devices for awhile and interacting with real life surroundings with a true friend can be the most precious of times indeed …. glad you loved this one,
ciao, Jimi 🙂
Thanks for stopping by my place, 🙂
you have a really cool place there John and it is definitely my pleasure when visiting there, thanks for stopping by mine as well …. 🙂 Jimi
I love all the Canada geese floating along serenely.
they are a cool breed of bird for sure and beneath the bridge there is shade and almost always a refreshing breeze to enjoy as well …. glad you enjoyed the photo, ~ Jimi
great photo here along with great words. “glisten within the scene” absolutely dig that and finishes off with your currents flowing into the beginning of another work day. hope you have been enjoying all this nice weather. i sure have:)
thanks for your cool comment as always Don, been a little bit too hot for my taste lately here in the Chicago area as it reached over a hundred degrees here again today …. as the area in which i was born in and still live in is experiencing both record heat and drought at the same time which i hope is not a sign that the Mayan calendar may indeed have some creditability to it after all …. ~ Jimi
I’ve nominated you for the One Lovely Blog Award ~ http://wp.me/p2wxQT-8S ~ Blessings!
thank you very much Christina deeply from my heart, i am truly honored and humbled by your nomination …. i would like to share this award to all the people that allow me the privilege to follow their blogs and to all those that follow mine …. and basically to everyone here on WordPress that has the guts and courage to share their thoughts and feelings with us all …. blessings being sent your way as well Christina 🙂
So lovely Jim… yes – to keep the energy and currents flowing – and glowing (and glistening)! I like your words “to catch each other’s breath” a lot !! Wonderful photo to match your sentiments! ~ 🙂
yes Robyn, keeping the currents flowing could be a number one priority to help try and maintain good circulation …. and just notice how those Chicago based birds don’t seem to be spooked at all, just the opposite …. they seem to be rather intrigued as they listen in on the conversation and it’s kind of the same with the Chicago based deer in the area …. when they see headlights approaching rather than run or panic, most just stand their ground and wink …. the wonders of nature just amaze me all the time, thanks as always for taking the time to comment on my offerings and best wishes being sent your way ~ 🙂
Yes Jim, the birds and the deer – good examples… i am a firm believer in keeping energy flowing ~ nature is such a teacher in so many ways ~ much love to you and yours tonight ~RL
keeping energy flowing like a river on course with good cause is the way to go for sure and yes, nature to me is the ultimate teacher of all time …. much love to you and your family and friends tonight and always ~ JB
